Day 47 @ sea en route to Sydney

Today was a very busy day for me.  I had my hour workout with LeeAnne and since we have had so many port days I haven’t been there for awhile.  I had a great workout and headed to the Bistro for a light breakfast.  I sat with Lois and Mike.  I had to drop my gown for the fashion show so that it could be steamed.

Before I knew it it was time to get showered and ready for the show.  We had to be there an hour before.  Bill was unable to come as he had class.  I missed ½ the class yesterday due to Hubert’s show and all of today but Stan told me to come when it was over and he would work with me.  This was much more intricate than Hubert’s.  We had to walk to 4 different x s on the floor and we are in the Tasman Sea which is never ever smooth.  We are better than the last two times we came through here.  Bill did pop by as we were rehearsing and took a picture of me with Helen who wore one of the dresses I had already purchased!  It was a great show and no one fell which was great as the ship was rocking.  After the fashion show I went to computer class for 2 hours and before you knew it it was time to get ready for dinner

We had dinner in Prego (the Italian Restaurant) with Hubert and Karen and had a lovely evening.  Over 2 hours we talked.  Hubert is leaving tomorrow and will be back on board in Perth till Cape Town,

I choose not to go to the show tonight as I am tired (might be the wonderful bottle of wine Hubert bought) and we have to be downstairs at Australian Immigration at 7:40 am and then we need to get on a tender because we have an all day tour.  We usually dock across from the Opera House but we have been told that Carnival bought the dock and it is not available so we have to anchor and tender in.  Not happy about that and I would not have booked anything if I knew that but I hear the all day we booked is great so we will see.

Another day come and gone can’t get over how fast they are going!  People ask me how can you be on a ship for so long.  We are at Day 47 and it seems like we just got on.  Tomorrow Sydney!!!!!
